labekart.com has stringent policy and measures to ensure the product quality we sell and delivery of items in perfect conditions. However, in case you face any issues with product supplied such as:
a. Receive a damaged / defective product.
b. Product does not comply with the specifications displayed on the web.
c. Supply of wrong product/item.
d. Products having manufacturing defect.
e. Sterile products supplied with damaged/lost or expired sterility.
You are required to fill simple & easy “Complaint Form” send it to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact us via phone at our customer care number: +91-9999151608 between 10 am to 6 pm.
Upon receiving your complaint form, labekart.com shall verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint and genuine complaints will be forwarded to the relevant Vendor to place a request for replacement of your product.
However, in case your complaints regarding the quality and content of the products are found to be baseless and frivolous,labekart.com reserves the right to dismiss your complaint
You must also acknowledge the fact that the Vendor is solely liable for any queries or claims you have in relation to defective product/service. labekart.com shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the package of product is not damaged or tampered with. In any way, if packaging is found to be damaged/tampered, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and inform labekart.com immediately.
1.1 Kindly note the following EXCEPTIONS and RULES on this Policy:
i. Please notify labekart.com about thedamaged/ defective product/service within 48 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, labekart.com/labekart.com associated venders shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
ii. All items to be returned must be unused and must be returned in their original condition. Please do not remove any tags/seals/stickers. The product designated for return/replacement should be carefully packed in original packaging and box. It should not be broken, soiled or tampered with, under any circumstances.
iii. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by labekart.com in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint for return or replacement.
iv. The return process of the product made by labekart.com depending on the nature and category of the product.
v. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
vi. For the Analytical / Bioanalytical Services being provided at labekart.com – samples will be processed only after they are Qualified by the service provider according to their protocols.Once qualified, the result has to be accepted by the customer.
2. Replacement Policy by labekart.com
If the complaint logged by customer is found to be genuine, labekart.com will make sure that the request for replacement is processed immediately by labekart.com venders. In the event, the return of a product is duly accepted by labekart.com, the product can be replaced/repaired by labekart.com/labekart.com vender:
i. If the product can be repaired by the service centre, labekart.com would get the productrepaired and send it back to the purchaser/customer.
ii. A promo code/discount coupons/sale offer, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or labekart.com.
iii. Analytical / Bio-analytical Services --There will be no refund of money for the Analytical / Bio-analytical services provided by labekart.com, if the sample is qualified for performing the test. However if the sample provided by the customer does not qualify according to standard set by the protocol then, the customer can send the sample again for the 2nd attempt but freight will be borne by the customer. There will be no 3rd attempt for any Analytical / Bio-analytical services.
iv. If the complaint is found to be genuine the replacement will be shipped free of shipping cost by Vendor /labekart.com.
3. Refund Policy by labekart.com
If the complaint logged by customer is found to be genuine, labekart.com will make sure that the request for refund is processed immediately by labekart.com/ venders under the following conditions.
i. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by labekart.com, the value of such a product, as originally paid by the customer during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded.
ii. If labekart.com/labekart.com associated venders fail to replace/ repair the item in dispute, Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and labekart.com or the approved payment gateway will credit the amount refunds directly into the debit/credit card or online accounts of the customer.
3.1 Refund requests will be subject to the following:
i. Orders paid online will be refunded within 21-30 working days through the online account, depending on the prevailing circumstances then as determined by labekart.com ( for e.g., if the product cannot be replaced by the vendor etc.)
ii. For Cash on Delivery payments, customers will be provided with a refund online to the bank/debit/credit card or a discount coupon will be issued (by email or SMS) which can be used within 3 months of date of issue.
iii. A promo code/discount coupons/sale offer, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or labekart.com.
iv. If the complaint is found to be genuine, Refunds made to the customer will include refunds for shipment (courier/delivery) charges as well. Whereas,in case of replacement of product, the material will be shipped free of shipping cost by Vendor of labekart.com.
v. In-case client paid twice for a single transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days
4. Following are additional guidelines for return/replacement:
i. Items on stock clearance or under promotional schemes are not considered for return. Items which are sterile in nature will not be returned.
ii. While returning, we reserve the right to reject an item in case it has been used or soiled to keep the hygiene standards in place.
iii. Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of the above list.
iv. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
v. In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items twice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the two attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order. However, you can contact our customer services to enquire about the status or request for re-delivery.
